FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does offline mode work?

When you are in the field without signal, all project data — maps, photos and notes — is stored locally on your device. Any changes you make are queued and automatically synced to the cloud the next time you have a connection.

Can multiple users share one project?

Yes, you can invite colleagues to view a project. However, only the project owner can edit it; others can add comments and mark checkpoints. Real-time simultaneous editing is not available.

Is my project data backed up?

Every time your device syncs, your project data is encrypted and backed up to our secure servers. You can also export your project as a file at any time for your own records.

What happens if I lose my device?

Your projects are safe because they are stored in the cloud. Once you log in from a new device, you can restore your full project list, maps and notes. No data loss.

Can I import map data from other apps?

Yes, you can import common map formats (KML, GeoJSON) to bring in existing site boundaries or route plans. Exports are available in the same formats.

Does it work on any Android device?

The app runs on Android 8.0 and higher. For the best experience, we recommend a device with at least 3GB of RAM and an accurate GPS sensor.
